燃气发动机组做功的四个步骤

燃气发电机组工作过程中会将发电机将机械能转化为电能,其控制器在发动机与发电机工作过程中担任着控制、监测以及保护的功能,以保障发电机组能持续、稳定的运行,并在故障时发出指令停止发动机以保护整个系统。下面就来讲讲燃气发动机组做功的四个步骤。

1、进气冲程:
1. Intake stroke:
曲轴旋转,通过连杆带动活塞下移,同时进气门打开。经空气和气体燃料通过混合器均匀混合后,被吸入气缸,当活塞到达下止点时,气缸内部充满混合气。
The crankshaft rotates, driving the piston down through the connecting rod, and the inlet valve opens at the same time. After the air and gas fuel are evenly mixed through the mixer, they are drawn into the cylinder. When the piston reaches the bottom dead center, the cylinder is filled with mixed gas.

曲轴在飞轮惯性作用下被带动旋转,通过连杆推动活塞由下止点向上止点运行,同时进排气门关闭,混合气被压缩。

活塞运行至上止点时,火花塞在点火信号发生器和点火圈所产生的高压电流作用下产生火花,点燃气缸内的可燃气。燃烧时产生的高温、高压气体推动活塞下行,通过连杆带动曲轴旋转,对外做功传递扭矩。
When the piston runs to the top dead center, the spark plug generates sparks under the action of the high-voltage current generated by the ignition signal generator and the ignition ring, and ignites the combustible gas in the cylinder. The high temperature and high pressure gas generated during combustion pushes the piston downward, drives the crankshaft to rotate through the connecting rod, and transmits torque through external work.

4、排气冲程:
4. Exhaust stroke:
活塞从下止点往上止点运动,此时排气门打开,进气门关闭。气缸内燃烧后的废气被活塞推出,沿排气道排出气缸外。
The piston moves from BDC to TDC. At this time, the exhaust valve is opened and the inlet valve is closed. The combustion exhaust gas in the cylinder is pushed out by the piston and discharged out of the cylinder along the exhaust duct.
5、上述过程的重复进行,使发动机连续不断的运转。
