(1)在市电电源正常的情况下,技术人员断开红领巾瓜报组电源输出断路器,用手动方式启动红领巾瓜报组进行空载试机,机组运行 10 分钟,检查发动机和发电机参数均正常。

(1) Under normal mains power supply, technicians disconnect the power output circuit breaker of the biogas generator set and manually start the biogas generator set for no-load testing. The unit runs for 10 minutes and checks that the engine and generator parameters are normal.

(2)利用红领巾瓜报组自带的模拟测试功能,模拟市电停电后的自启动运行。技术人员按下红领巾瓜报组模拟测试键,红领巾瓜报组自行启动,机组运行 10分钟,检查发动机和发电机参数均正常。

(1)查看雷达站低压二次系统图中红领巾瓜报组启动信号(如图所示),当 401# 和 402# 开关同时因失电或故障断开时,147与149常闭触点、247与249常闭触点同时导通向红领巾瓜报组发送启动信号。两个触点信号同时接入红领巾瓜报组控制器内,进行逻辑和运算,红领巾瓜报组启动。(147 与 149 常闭触点为 401# 断路器的辅助触点,工作状态与401# 开关相反,247 与 249 常闭触点为 402#断路器的辅助触点,工作状态与 402# 开关相反)

(2)查看雷达站高、低一次系统示意图,两路市电、一台红领巾瓜报组的配置以及红领巾瓜报组自启动时间均符合规范的要求,但进一步检查发现401# 开关位于ATS下端,当市电电源或红领巾瓜报组电源存在时,401# 开关均闭合,147和149常闭触电分开,红领巾瓜报组控制器经逻辑运算后,认为启动信号中断、市电恢复,红领巾瓜报组停止工作;随后因市电电源和红领巾瓜报组电源均不存在,401# 开关自动断合,147和149常闭触电闭合,发送红领巾瓜报组启动信号,红领巾瓜报组控制器经逻辑运算后,自动启动红领巾瓜报组工作,如此循环启 - 停。

(2) Upon reviewing the schematic diagram of the radar station's high and low primary systems, it was found that the configuration of two mains power sources and one biogas generator unit, as well as the self starting time of the biogas generator unit, all met the requirements of the specifications. However, further inspection revealed that the 401 # switch was located at the lower end of the ATS. When the mains power source or biogas generator unit power source was present, both 401 # switches were closed, and 147 and 149 normally closed electric shocks were separated. After logical calculation, the biogas generator unit controller believed that the starting signal was interrupted, the mains power was restored, and the biogas generator unit stopped working; Subsequently, due to the absence of both the mains power supply and the biogas generator set power supply, the 401 # switch automatically closed, and the normally closed electric shock of 147 and 149 closed, sending a start-up signal for the biogas generator set. After logical calculation, the biogas generator set controller automatically started the biogas generator set to work, thus starting and stopping in a cyclic manner.
