制约瓦斯发电机组单位发情况的因素

瓦斯的主要成分为烷烃,其中甲烷占据绝大多数,少数为乙烷、丙烷以及丁烷,另外还存在硫化氢、二氧化碳、氮气以及水气,还具有一定的惰性气体,比如氦、氩等等。瓦斯是人们对气体天然气的通俗用语,大体可分为液化石油气、天然气以及煤气叁大类,这叁者存在于人们生活中的方方面面,扮演者十分重要的角色。
The main component of gas is alkanes, with methane accounting for the vast majority and a few being ethane, propane, and butane. In addition, there are hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and water gas, as well as certain inert gases such as helium, argon, and so on. Gas is a popular term for natural gas, which can be roughly divided into three categories: liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, and coal gas. These three categories exist in all aspects of people's lives and play a very important role.
瓦斯发电机组按照瓦斯气体的浓度可分为低浓度瓦斯发电机组和高浓度瓦斯发电机组,低浓度瓦斯发电机组是指瓦斯气体的浓度低于25%,而高浓度瓦斯发电机组是指瓦斯气体浓度高于25%的发电机组,相对于低瓦斯发电机组而言,高浓度瓦斯发电机组较好掌控,比较容易使用。
Gas generator sets can be divided into low concentration gas generator sets and high concentration gas generator sets based on the concentration of gas. Low concentration gas generator sets refer to generator sets with gas concentrations below 25%, while high concentration gas generator sets refer to generator sets with gas concentrations above 25%. Compared to low concentration gas generator sets, high concentration gas generator sets are better controlled and easier to use.
根据以上数据显示,我国国产瓦斯发电机组之所以没有达到设计的预想发电量,影响的原因具体可氛围也以下几点:

瓦斯发电机组

(1)我国瓦斯发电机组中蕴含的瓦斯成分可能含有水分,从而造成瓦斯浓度不够稳定,进入到内部的瓦斯气体忽高忽低,气体中含有二氧化碳等其他阻碍气体,致使存在于燃气内燃机中的燃料不能得到充分地燃烧,部分热量损失,大大降低了瓦斯发电机组单位瓦斯的发电功率。
(1) The gas components contained in gas generator sets in China may contain moisture, resulting in unstable gas concentration. The gas entering the interior fluctuates from high to low, and the gas contains other obstructive gases such as carbon dioxide. This results in insufficient combustion of the fuel present in gas internal combustion engines, resulting in partial heat loss and greatly reducing the power generation per unit of gas in gas generator sets.
(2)我姑国产瓦斯尾气排放气体温度过高,且缺乏余热回收系统,致使不少燃料的热能资源遭到浪费。
(2) My aunt's domestic gas exhaust emissions have a high temperature and a lack of waste heat recovery system, resulting in the waste of many fuel thermal energy resources.
(3)海拔较高的地区瓦斯机组相对较低,加之风沙等恶劣环境的阻碍,瓦斯机组的相关配件之间产生了一定的摩擦力,大大降低了机组的机械效率,从而也影响了瓦斯发电机组的输出功率。
(3) In areas with high altitude, the gas generator set is relatively low. In addition to the obstacles of harsh environments such as wind and sand, a certain friction force is generated between the relevant accessories of the gas generator set, which greatly reduces the mechanical efficiency of the unit, thus affecting the output power of the gas generator set.
(4)瓦斯发电机组的各个部件是否处在正常的水平之下,安装是否按照严格的组装标准等方面都会对瓦斯发电机组各个部件的运动惯性产生一定的影响,从而制约瓦斯发电机组的发电状态。
(4) Whether the various components of a gas generator set are at a normal level and installed in accordance with strict assembly standards will have a certain impact on the motion inertia of each component of the gas generator set, thereby restricting the power generation status of the gas generator set.
(5)冷却系统的选用会影响发电机组冷却时减少多少热量,在一定程度上瓦斯发电机组正常运行状态下,适当减少冷却介质可有效提高瓦斯发电机组的工作效率。
(5) The selection of cooling system will affect how much heat is reduced during the cooling of the generator set. To a certain extent, reducing the cooling medium appropriately can effectively improve the working efficiency of the gas generator set under normal operating conditions.
